can i play this game as casual or i must play many many hours in order to have fun with the game??

Join a laid back clan and you can play casual, if you subscribe and are on EU-1 send me a PM. But there's no way to be a solo casual player, even hardcore it is a rough ride and probably not possible without some kind of connections.
Although let people know you're a casual first would be my advice,
