I actually think they have very good customer support, I was affected by the same issue everyone else is posting about, and I was able to call and talk to a live person about it, and they actually restored (unbanned) my account the same day about 8 hours later, even though I still have an Authenticator tied to my account so I can't actually log in lol.
But that being said, I thought the customer support was good (I don't think I've ever used customer support for a game until now), but I'm very curious to see how they explain this mess to everyone, something is going on and it needs to be addressed by them.

If you were as indignant with them as you're being here about this situation, I can see why you were not happy about the results of your interactions with them.

Resently i went to log on my wow account after months away from the game and found a Authenticator was added to my account. I called the surport line and got a very crappy line saying were sorry we are busy call back another time. So i emailed them only to wait 2 days for them to tell me to contact billing. I played for 4 years and i know there bad at customer service but this is garbage. Thank you blizzard for your pro customer service have a good one im going to Star Trek Online they can have my money.
