Ubisoft having problems EQ2.

From Ubisoft Uk website :

" The server encountered an internal error during the processing of your request.

We apologize for not processing your request appropriately. "

I ordered EQ2 from them.. and seems most people that did the same are having the same problem. No orders shipped so far.. nothing at all.
