$259 is a horrible price for a GTX275. Its outperformed by the HD4890/70 and the HD5770, all 3 of which are cheaper then the GTX275. The 920 would be the better buy depending on the OEM. I am assuming its CyberPowerPC, so it should be fine if you can build the system yourself.
He had the i7 920 quoted in another post too, it was an Asus Essentio. Really good price on it when you consider it has Windows 7 also.

I would switch to a hd5770 but they are not better than 275 like cleffy says, but they are better for how much they cost.
