I have made many replies with this comment. But I will make it a thread to be official.
Please do not get caught up with all of the hype. The trailer looks amazing, the game is the best looking MMO ever made. But when you actually play the game and find out how bad it is, you will be glad you saw my post warning you about it. I beg you, please save your money, do not purchase this game, it needs at least 6 more months of development.
That is all.

I would just add the caveat:
Do not purchase until you have TRIED it. Before plunking down cash just load the game up... if you really enjoy yourself go for it... if not.. then you have saved yourself a chunk of change.
