Gorgeous Game But Very Confusing: Beginner's Guide

I loaded this up today and it's been very buggy. I found the character creation system to be highly lacking and it hangs on zone selection, had to try it a few times. When I get in the game runs great on full settings but seems very slow in general. I couldnt seem to figure out how to do anything but sprint. It seems like a big open world of very little. However, Im willing to give the game a shot. So I went searching for a beginners guide on the forums and this is what I found.

Thanks. I need to read this because when I got in all I see is a bunch of guys with their dicks hanging out killing each other with absolutely no direction on what to do or were to go. I've tried many betas before and I've never seen a game so rough as this one. Seems more like an early alpha build to me.
