Ok so yesterday I had an issue where I wasn't able to buy a skill and had to contact a GM in game to get help. Now get this, and I kid you not, FIVE SECONDS after I sent my PM I got a response. FIVE SECONDS!

 

The GM walked me through the issue and fixed it. I must say, I was VERY impressed with the support after seeing the lack of it in other games. Kudos to Aventurine!

    Same for me.

    Once i saw some strange behavior from some mobs (they all took damage and died) and sent a GM report......i did not even have time to turn around before i had a GM asking me about the problem!

     AV has come a long way since release regarding customer support.

    I have submitted about 4-5 support tickets and maybe 7 or 8 ingame /gm_help.report commands and I can strongly say that AV offers the BEST support I have experienced in my entire 20 years of gaming.

    ROfl...yet when I try to activate my official forum account thier server is constantly updating...seriously. Weak sauce when a MMO co cant even insure a active suscriber can access the official forums. So id preface that by saying...although...

    Congratulations on getting a quicker response. I wish that happens in my case in regards to PURCHASING the game >.> It'd be a lot easier if there's a phone number, email address, or OTHER websites to buy it. /le sigh.

    It says it'll be back up today after being down on Feb 1st for 3 days. So, today.. right? No time specifics AND no pricing. It's been a waiting game for me.

    AND you guys don't get to wait. Lucky bastids!

      Cause of the announced account management dawntime ?  there is probably no service to verify your active account atm. They said 3 days ..so wait a bit..
