the servers are down for next few hours for the patch
The DDO Game Servers will be brought down on Wednesday, February 3 from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) to launch the latest content update, Update 3.

but reading some forum posts states that Casual difficulty is bugged that it deducts earned favor points to quests already done in elite so beware!

I don't see why someone who can do elite would even go back to do a Casual(solo) run. But DEDUCTING favor?!?!!! That is a major bug, considering this update was supposed to appeal to more to the f2p side of things lol.

The list of bugs in todays release is simply amazing. Though sadly about par for the course with Turbine over the years. I am hoping the hotfix tomorrow really works and fixes the major bugs, but once again Turbine knew these things existed on the preview server and ignored the bug reports.
kinda beats the purpose of having Lamannnia if game breaking bugs keeps on reaching the live servers

Lamannia is not really a beta server, it is a preview server since they ignore almost all bug reports given and forum posts during the preview time. Then they make claims like they left out Greater Reincarnation because the code was buggy, while ignoring the other buggy code they were told about from DAY 1 of update 3 hitting the preview server.
