WOW Beta help

Hellooo just wondering if anyone can help me out with a little problem i have.  I was treying to download WOW beta and it was saying my firewall or whatever was slowing it down and when i just clicked ok it said its gonna take a day to download? I dont think thats right because i have cable and i think a good computer can anyone help me out when it comes to computers i know abolutly nothing i only play the games:)
