Unless you can provide more information about what you enjoy and are looking for in a game, I suggest you browse this site's game list or read over the many hundreds upon hundreds of LF Game posts that have come before you for the ones that you feel are similar to you.
Spellborn and DDO are two decent choices. Both offer gameplay styles different from most other titles out. Allods is a pretty decent quality F2P in beta, been playing for two months or so now. Was enjoying it quite a bit.
I just started back into Spellborn since the relaunch is coming sometime in the near future.
TCoS is pretty good if you like a somewhat fps type of compat. I hope they add new content to it and the cash shop won't ruin it.
Allods and Runes of Magic are too much like WoW but both are decent choices for new games nonetheless.
Dungeons and Dragons is actually an old game. If it still counts as new it may worth a try as their quests are a little different from most of the other mmorpg.

allods online became open beta for a week(avail only to gpotato account)
Atlantica, Runes of magic, spellborn, DDO and allods.
I second Spellborn and DDO.
Aika and Fantasy Earth Zero look promising, as well as N.E.O.
Check out the MUD I'm making!
