I know the game JUST came out, but I had no time when the beta was released to check this out. I was curious whether there was a trial out yet. Thanks for any help y'all can give.

I'm loving it so far. I have seen more positive feedback overall than negative. If you like shooters then this is a great one
I'm also trying to make up my mind on this one. Everything I have seen says it's awesome, and it looks great. I guess I'm just a cheapass. I hate paying full price for the box of my MMO's, knowing I'm going to be shelling out potentially hundreds of dollars for a sub.
Yes, I would pay for the conquest mode.
I'm trying to find 3 friends to go into a "4-pack" with me on Steam.

I think it is worth the buy if you like shooters.
However I would go read up on it and make sure its something you personally would want to play and especially pay for.
The free part of the game is very good, the monthly fee part of the game not so much IMO. I will be keeping a look at it and may decide to purchase later if they add enuff in to justify monthly fee.
But alot of people seem to be enjoying it
Its fun, conquest might not be for you, but I enjoy the non-pay per month aspect of it.
The pay per month aspect is actually currently free until March sometime.
I would suggest checking it out.

Well I am extremely hesitant right now because it made one of the most dramatic rating drops I've seen in any MMO on this site haha. But all the rating comments seem quite positive.
The game has some issues. It's a great $50 spend, as you can log in 5 months from now and play without having to open the account with $15. It's always there for some frag fun. Having said that you can't start a PvE team unless you have 4 people signing up. If the player numbers ever drop you will be screwed both doing PvE and Crafting so better hope the numbers are steady even in the future or the game becomes worthless.

What are you talking about? At 10 man pvp and 4 man Pve and only One server this game will still be fun with only 100 people online at any time... Tell me another MMO this is true for?

In theory... however the matching system is pretty bad right now. There's every chance you'll be up against lvl 21+ right now which is a pain in the ass as you can imagine.
Right now the general feeling i get from everyone is that the core part of the game which is free is great fun but subbing right now isn't worth it for the extras. However, I fully expect it to improve to a point where it is worth it.
One thing I didn't see mentioned is that if you buy now you get the chance to play the full game until the beginning of march. That should be enough to give you a taster

The system just fills out the spots regardless of levels. I just noticed it. I just wish the system was a bit more critical of putting too many of one class on your team
