The sheathe/unsheathe part takes getting used to, but after being owned several times due to it I reckon I've got it nailed down now.
Not sure what people mean when they say the UI "feels" clunky or "feels" sluggish as it's no worse than any other MMORPG I've played personally. I reckon it's due to having to use it more than in others, no auto loot and so forth.
If you have a programmable keyboard use it to cut out having to hold down two keys at once, if not then get a progammable keyboard!

I use a macro program myself, but third party hardware/software shouldn't be neccessary to emulate what should already be standard in the game.

Hope you find your game, but I wouldn't give up on it just because of the UI. GL all the same.

Xpiher, can you throw here a link to your legal macro topic ? I found it much useful and I have to say I use it every day to switch between weapons and take out 1h and shield with just one button.

All right I found it. How to make GUI much easier to use in combat:

I have since changed my combat macro to something that is better streamlined for my preferences. I now have shift/ alt + wheelup/down set to all my weapons and the mouse scroll wheel set to scroll between skills (which still doesn't work properly in game :bang:). Since this thread hasn't been locked here is another great legal combat macro(s) to help streamline the game experience. Anything that involves the mouse wheel you have to edit manually in the game's xhtml file which can be a pain in the ass and a macro just makes it easier.
