One thing I'm looking for in a "next gen" sandbox MMOG is a massive and open world to explore. Can any of you in the beta provide some details on this? I'd like to know if there's a big and empty space to enjoy or if it's still fairly crowded with quest hubs and other random bits that take you from here to there.
Any comments are appreciated!

Completely open, no instances or anything. Just watch out for the invisible walls of parts of the game that are not finished yet.
I personally have no idea what this means, could you give an example in terms of a SWG planet or something?

hehe, that sure shots down the argument used by the fans who yell ITS BETA! ITS BETA! as an excuse for everything bad in the game.
No it's not, it is marketing!

I would say its a small and empty world (about half the size of the oblivion game world) that you get bored very quickly in. This game is nowhere near "next gen" its a step or two in the wrong direction of what a good sandbox should be.
