Anyone else get a Microsoft C++ error after the title screen?

in Mortal Online

After a few hours of retrying to download .. it finaly did completely but i get a Microsoft C++ error. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they did , is there a simple way to fix it. I have sent an email to the Mortal Tech support but no answer as of yet.

    thats weird : ( can you post a SS please. also theres a support section on the forums post it there
