Party Down Time

ok i have a question on down time in a party. If a member drops party is it a pain to get back together

and carry on like in ffx1? i know the party mode in ffx1 was stupid.play for three hours get maybe one level. and actually stood around for 2.5 hours of that looking to replace a member.

i dunno i need to have a good pace to keep me interested.  i quit ffx1 because of that.its a great game but i put in way to much time and got nothing it seemed like.

Nah, unlike FFXi you can solo, or fight with an "unfinished" party, and still get good XP.
