Did the graphics update go live?

Did the graphics update go live with the expansion release?  Also, do you need to purchase the expansion for the graphics update?  (im assuming not..?)

    There is no mention of a graphics update on the release notes, though they did say that thousands of new items have been added to the game. I also don't remember them talking about any graphics update. They WERE going to do one, but they cancelled it months ago.

    If you're referring to Shaders, that's in the next GU, which is in May.
