Leatherworking quests

does anyone know if there are any leatherworking quests, and where else can I find rare recepies?

I don't know about any leatherworking quests, but  I'm 165 into leatherworking and haven't seen any yet.

As to where to find rare receipies, you can only find them on random mobs or buy them at the auction house (for the REAL good ones). I haven't really found any receipes off mobs that I can really use, just stuff for the lower level leatherworking. So I think your best bet would be to keep checking the AH and see what's there from time to time. A few hours ago I got a Murloc armor receipe that requires 170 in leatherworking; pretty nice too. Just keep checking, there will be good stuff!

I found a Low level beginners leather working quest in the leather working craft shop of Darnassus in Tendrassil. <---Night Elf city. Also I have found Obscure recipes for sale for as such as 8 gold in the Boon Docks. I found them while exploring with aspect of the cheetah. <---[I'm a NE Hunter]. They have mostly been being tons of mobs like lvl 40+ at some remote outpost held by an NPC vendor. Usually I've seen the NPC "work title [ie Good's Vendor] listed as *Special Vendor*". Other than that YES Mobs that are lvl 22+ seem to start dropping an occasional recipe, the highest I've found was a skill level 160 blacksmith recipe I sold at auction house for [1 gold 30 silver].
