I thought that was a better tittle than: "The Final Fantasy Equation: How to make a cult game without doing any work". I don't agree with the poster as it Jrpgs are simply different. I did laugh when I saw the pictures.

My problem with FInal Fantasy is that they abandoned the PC.
Stories make the game? He wrote a full article on how the story doesn't change between the games (which is pretty much true) but then ignored the gameplay almost entirely, and what he did say about it can be said of just about any RPG out there...
The Final Fantasy series is actually one of the most changing franchises in the gaming industry, which is why they're still popular.
