Proberbly more of the same . Cataclysm will appeal to those that like the game now and it'll be hated by those that don't. The one thing I'm pretty sure of is that its unlikly there will be a challenger this year for title of potential WoWkiller . Meanwhile i shall play other games because WoW quite frankly bores me and offers no real challenge anymore. Too easy and a horrible community ( generally speaking there are some challenges left in it but too few and some nice people but too few ) .

Soul shards in the inventory is going away in Cata. They will become a rechargeable resource much like Death Knight runes.
