No there is no rule agaisnt it further more his corpse is the pile of bones. Your just pushing around a dead body amsuing at times. But thats all its for amusement
Least in UO you could hack up the body which was fun and do all kinds of things with the body parts lol.
what happens when you die in mo? do you need to do a corpse run or you respawn somewhere else? if you need to go back to your corpse, Id imagine it would be frustrating to go back and find someone had hidden your corpse or throw it into a river =P
If you stand VERY still, and close your eyes, after a minute you can actually FEEL the universe revolving around PvP.

When you die, you will be in an alternate world for spirits and other things... At this point you will need to find a priest. There should be tall pillars of light scattering your view in this world, and you can make your way to the nearest one.
Your stuff is left on your corpse for other players to loot.
I believe humanoid NPC's will also loot your corpse.
I believe the time-honoured tradition in online games is that, upon killing an opponent, you proceed to "tea-bag" them by standing over their face and crouching up and down in a display of your complete dominance and "uber pwnage".
Pushing dead bodies? That alone may be enough to sub for the game. Imagine going on a killing spree and piling up the bodies and sitting atop them. Awesome

hehe that would be interesting if you had to find your corpse to rez and the whole time the guy who killed you was running all over with it or locked it in his basement

Ah the necro out of me
Nope...
Do what you will to the corpse. Perhaps one day you can collect a trophy or use the body for something.
