Quick attackers

I want to make a character that can attack maybe 3-4 times a round because that is my combat style in MMORPGs. Think about a Kobold savage if you played DAoC. I want a similar build in which I would hold 2 hand weapons and use DEX to get off as many attacks a combat round as possible. What should my template be, or at least my starting class and race.

Well, pretty much any rogue class in the game can dual wield and they swing like mad. Good races would be ratonga, halfing or wood elf. They all have naturally high dexterity. A good final class would be assassin or swashbuckler... they get a lot of attacks and do a high amount of damage very quickly.

May sound pretty dumb but what about a Rat., wood elf, or halfling berserker? Don't berserkers get many attacks? And If I dual wield I get many attacks and the beserker's special multiple attack special attacks.

Well anything that hits harder than a rogue, which is meant for sneak attacks. I want my toon to specialize in just combat and not the skills that weaken and strengthen rogues. I will try builds tonight. Wish me luck.
