Here's some criteria for what I'm looking for:

Must have:

Decent Combat

Decent Player base (does not need to be huge, but I don't like empty)

Friendly community

Passable Graphics - I'm okay with graphics similar to EQ and Darkfall.

Decent number of classes, and classes need to be unique. No warrior/mage/archer only games unless specialization really separate them.

Interesting world.

Combat

Guilds

Works on crappier computers. For an idea of my limitations, I can run WAR/WoW with lower settings.

Groups are common and sought out by players.

Fun. Grinding and quest based are both okay, so long as grouping is not a rarity in the game.

Must not have:

Item malls where you cannot compete without them

Full loot

Rampant problems with hacking/bots.

Emphasis on raids.

Preferred but not entirely necessary:

F2P or just cheap.

Item mall purchases are an option, not a necessity.

Player driven world.

Casual gameplay. I do not have eight hours a day to play. I might have 8-10 hours a week.

Do not suggest the following games, as I have played them and do not like them:

EQ2

WAR

WoW

DAoC

Darkfall

Allods (I'm trying to get this game to work right now but it isn't happening).

Chronicles of Spellbourne - Unless you have a good review of it for me.

FFXI

Vanguard

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Based on the list of games you didn't, I think mmorpg's might not be your cup of tea, or at least not the current crop of them.  All of the things listed in your criteria can be found in the games you didn't like, so you may want to refine your request a bit more.

Yeah, I agree with this. You're looking for the golden egg many of us are looking for, but sadly, it doesn't exist in one game at this point. You're going to seriously have to take a "good with the bad" attitude and figure out which games have more of the former and less of the latter to suit your tastes.

Still, as the second poster suggested, give DDO a shot. It's fairly decent, and the dungeons have that nice old school dungeon crawl feel, and they scale to your party, including solo if you just can't find anyone to group with at the time.

Here's some criteria for what I'm looking for:

    Must have:

Decent Combat: Combat was just fixed up and sped up in Siege of Mirkwood expansion

Decent Player base (does not need to be huge, but I don't like empty: Player base is defiitely there

Friendly community: One of the best communities I've ever experienced. Arkenstone, Brandywine or Landroval server

Passable Graphics - I'm okay with graphics similar to EQ and Darkfall. Great graphics, imo best (rivaled by AoC)

Decent number of classes, and classes need to be unique. No warrior/mage/archer only games unless specialization really separate them. : Classes are rather unique. Read up on them if you are intested.

Interesting world. : Middle-Earth, need I say more?

    Combat : look above

Guilds : Guilds are very friendly

Works on crappier computers. For an idea of my limitations, I can run WAR/WoW with lower settings.: Graphics can be scaled way down and run just fine on older computers. Actually I used to have a comp that could run lotro but not WAR.

Groups are common and sought out by players. : It’s Very easy to find a group. Plus they have 3-man instances, 5 man and 10 man raids

Fun. Grinding and quest based are both okay, so long as grouping is not a rarity in the game.: Check

    Must not have:

Item malls where you cannot compete without them Check

    Full loot check

    Rampant problems with hacking/bots. Check

Emphasis on raids: Check PLUS. 10-man raids are like big groups and not raids imo. Gearing up for raids is very easy to. Can do it in a day or two. Just have to get like 6 tokens from 6 instances. Each token represents a piece of armor and you go to a vendor and turn them in for your raid armor then then you raid. Atleast it was this was in MoM. I think SoM is the same way too.

    Preferred but not entirely necessary:

F2P or just cheap. : $30 for the game and all expansions and the price drops considerably if you buy multiple months. IF you want I can send you a buddy key. Since I played in beta and bought a lifetime, anyone I refer can buy a lifetime for $200 or 3 months for $30, and the prices get cheaper with more months purchased at once all the way to $200 for lifetime.

Item mall purchases are an option, not a necessity. No item mall

Player driven world. : You mean sandbox? Lotro Is Themepark with some nice RP aspects.

Casual gameplay I do not have eight hours a day to play. I might have 8-10 hours a week.: Lotro is very casual friendly and should be a great game for you. Just make sure you change your animation smoothness (in options) all the way up. Otherwise the game looks choppy.

Thanks.

I messed up with editing it and had to copy/paste it word and then back and messed it all up so its not a quote anymore lol

DDO, I find it fun, but from the looks of it, you'll find it addicting.

Anarchy Online. It's group grinding for leveling. It also has a free version. You said you didn't like WoW, so I doubt you'll like Lotr, but you also said you didn't like DaoC and FFXI, so I dunno if AO is for you either.

Lotro is cheap and meets all your wants

for the money its your best bet

if you want free than wait 1 week and play Aika

tho do to the fact it is not yet released will will not know how strong there safe guards for boting are tho we "CBT" know they are there.

or go the $297.00 "unlocks almost everything" pay once and never pay again route and get DDO its not a bad game it can be fun "for a time" you get all the rpg action with out the mmo aspect . tho finding parties is at times hard

if you have the disk space " almost 30 gig " try AoC man that game looks great , but i cant hand over 30 gigs of space to just 1 game. its monthly sub still under the 20 bucks a month line

It's not that all those games I listed were ones I didn't like or hate, I've just already played them and they fall short somewhere. I do hate WoW though. DAoC simply lost it's player base.

Lotro is something I'll need to look into. I still have a free month from a thing I got at PAX last year. I'll take a look right now at Aika. AoC looks like a decent game but seems to require a better computer than what I've got.
