Considering he said he skipped out on about 50% of his formal education, I'm in awe of the fact he could actually type out that posting, much less expect him to further his education in hopes of joining the Game Development Industry.

This is one of the reasons, the passion I got for gaming. Ownage. It's quite normal and very predictible, but yet entertaining those uncharted souls that waiting to be trained. At the end posters like these find themself with either two options after I completely destroy em. They either team up with me or I make em retire from their game. So which one is it? Hahaha

How about this.... You win in games all you want, but sorry you fail at life, thats where i win and 99% of the rest of us.

Haha and this is also a classic. How many once they get owned in the game they play, they will randomly bring irl as excuse for their own failure, which is why they will continuously fail and fail. Billions and billions years ago you had someone out there who got sick and tired of waiting on something/someone else to do the vision he had so you had the Big Bang happen out of nothing. Then "real life" happened, then you have this planet, which after 6 billions years of evolution is at this stage, where people have the opportunity to have that role of God. To make their own worlds, to make a game within a game. Life is all about pleasures and entertainment, which is why everything you do in real life is linked to that, sir. Video games simply allow you to experience and enjoy life faster. It's far easier and faster to evolve a virtual chr compared to irl chr, where it's far more time consuming and there are those like me out there who simply like to do more things with their lifes before they die.

I am thankful we are living in such society where such thing is possible.Oh and ya owned? -_+

Wait.  So you are saying that by playing games for 14 hours a day for the last 18 years, you experience more from life than those who have healthy, active, and constructive lives?

You're not doing anything spectacular by spending so much time in an fake world. You haven't gotten a job as a game designer because you don't have the skills for it due to your lack of schooling. On top of that, no credible employer would ever take you one because your are simply undesirable. The risk of you coming into work one day with a rifle is just too great.

Yes, you're better at gaming than everyone else on this planet. But when the rest of us get owned, we go outside and have fun with our friends. We get some drinks, go dancing, maybe catch a movie and some dinner. Whatever happened in that random instance will be gone from our minds as soon as we log off.

If you're even half as useful as you suggest, make your own world. Make it just the way you want it with thousands of NPC's willing to cater to your desires. Those will be the only things in your life to actually consider you tolerable, and then only because they have no ability to choose otherwise. Stay there and rot in an empty world, ruling as a god over sheer fabrication.

In all reality, there is no real life to make fun of in this case. There's only fantasy.
