I have followed the game from November of '08 up until the present, and am a current subscriber.
This is not a doom and gloom post, this is accurate information that may not be available to most of the player base.

While there's no denying your posts are well written, they are largely complaints that have already been brought up. The game has been released in a poor state and no amount of complaining is going to change the fact that it happened. They made promises they did not follow through on. Ya know, that's life. It happens a lot.
You make your point to them by not supporting their product. That in and of itself is the loudest most efficient form of protest, not making multiple posts http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/thread/272234/Read-B4-you-Consider-Buying-STO.html here about it. I'm disappointed about STO too but I'll wait and see if it gets better. If it does then great, but if it doesn't oh well at least I'm still breathing.
