EQII won't start?

in Everquest II
Well my first technical problem with EQII has arrived. When I start EQII, login, scan and then hit the play button, nothing happens. It starts up, and then crashes without even seeing the title screen. My drivers are updated, SP2 is not insalled, it worked yesterday. What gives?

Fixed my own problem. DX went out on me and I had to reinstall it.
