Is it International Player can play this game?

Can someone confirm about international player (Asia such as Malaysia, Singapore Or other country outside USA or EUROPE) can play it or not? since there's no store that sell digital download yet, and you just can buy it from Amazon or Ebay or other store that sell it.

    There's no problem, you can buy the game and play the EU/NA version of the game from any country as far as I know.
