Will there be detailed crafting and a player economy? no / yes no there will not be a system where basically all gear is player made / yes there will be a player economy
Will there be reasons / setup to encourage for socializing? yes
Will there be proper pvp? what exactly is proper pvp?
Will there be massive battles that are non instanced for pvp? Big open world, so most likely yes
Will there be player buildings and cities? yes, going by Bioware's track record on their last 3 games, player housing we still do not know.
Will there be guild diplomacy? Or general guild tools incl. guild skills / levels / comparison? Yes
Will there be space / flying / space battles at launch? Or at all? The Force is fuzzy with me on this
Will the worlds be truly open with questing or will it be limited zones with limited options for engaging with the surroundings? Invisible walls? Will be open
Will there be any consequences from dying or will it just be respawn and run back? Casual game, expect casual rules with dying
Will there be any storyline applied to the world as such or is story limited to sessions with a couple of friends or soloing? It's Bioware, I'm sure there will be an overwhelming story that encompasses the whole game
Will your actions mean anything in the larger scheme or thing or will the impact be very little. Will it for example impact your character in the long run or even the game world? Fuzzy force again
Will there be stories for your guild? Fuzzy
Will it feel like a massive multiplayer game? Or a single / multiplayer game? It will be both
Will there be a need for all classes in a group and does it matter how the group is structured? Maybe in end game, doubtful in the leveling up process
Will there be ressources to harvest? Not like in SWG, but of course there will some type of resource gathering, there is crafting in the game

Will your actions mean anything in the larger scheme or thing or will the impact be very little. Will it for example impact your character in the long run or even the game world? Very much yes, the impact is going to be big. In a smaller sense, if you can consider it small, you have the light/darkside meter that is effected by your actions. What abilities you might get, especially as a jedi/sith, depend greatly upon your perspective rating. I.E. a Sith Warrior can still have a lightside points but be part of the sith and have access to lightside powers.

Furthermore, Bioware stated that you will have lots of major decisions to make that will greatly effect your gameplay. They stated they want to you have those true moral dilemma moments where you have to make a tough choice and can't just load up your last save :)
Will it feel like a massive multiplayer game? Or a single / multiplayer game?

They stated the game will have all the MMO elements in it. They even talked about how at GDC they wanted people to see that aspect of the game instead of seeing it as just a singleplayer game.

Worlds seem to be open and huge, look at the Darth Hater hands-on and GDC interviews (link), by official statement only about 10% of the game will be truly instanced (PC Gamer article).

Will there be detailed crafting and a player economy?

Crafting will not be a huge thing (dev statement) and you won't be seeing a player driven economy, the game is more about loot.
    There will be crafting however.

Will there be reasons / setup to encourage for socializing?

Areas on Coruscant were said to be specifically for socializing in the relevant vid, otherwise there is nothing keeping you from making friends.

    Will there be proper pvp?

What is 'proper pvp'? They haven't really talked about PvP, though there will be PvP reward sets.

Will there be massive battles that are non instanced for pvp?

    See previous.

Will there be player buildings and cities?

    No idea.

Will there be guild diplomacy? Or general guild tools incl. guild skills / levels / comparison?

There will be guilds, no idea on tools included. Again, social aspects are up to the players for a large part.

Will there be space / flying / space battles at launch? Or at all?

There will be a space experience, not known in what form. I don't think you can expect a fully fledged 3D space sim.

Will the worlds be truly open with questing or will it be limited zones with limited options for engaging with the surroundings? Invisible walls?

    Open, see first.

Will there be any consequences from dying or will it just be respawn and run back?

No detail, but you can go back to a clinic when you die.

Will there be any storyline applied to the world as such or is story limited to sessions with a couple of friends or soloing?

Your storyline will affect your perception of the world and how the world perceives you; not known how all of this is accomplished, most likely through phasing and NPC's behaving differently.

Will your actions mean anything in the larger scheme or thing or will the impact be very little. Will it for example impact your character in the long run or even the game world?

Your character will be impacted a great deal, the world you personally experience might also change; but you can hardly expect the whole game to change based on what you alone do.

Will there be stories for your guild?

If you group up together, yes.

Will it feel like a massive multiplayer game? Or a single / multiplayer game?

TOR is as much an MMORPG as any previous game, there is little reason not to believe so.

Will there be a need for all classes in a group and does it matter how the group is structured?

Every class will have a role, but the devs aim for flexibility in group setup through specialisations that can be swapped and a single active companion (multiple available) for every player who can (partially) fulfil a missing role.

Will there be ressources to harvest?

There is harvesting, not known in what form.

Will there be other races to play at launch than humans?

Yes (official statement), not know which ones; however some aliens were showcased on GDC (in a session on facial animation) --> link
