Well, maybe.

OK, MO also got that unreal engine, but dont forget that MO is an mmorpg. So stuff like this probably will never get seen in MO or any other mmorpg's even if they use the unreal engine. The rag doll and 10 different hit box on one player might be the further they can go.

OOO pretty...
But have to agree with the others, this is low priority, and if it would compromise performance, should be ignored,
nice!
on the same youtube account is a video for fair and cloth by CCP games so this is not so impossible www.youtube.com/watch

If I remember right MO plans after release are much like this: Advanced crafting / Sieging, weather, seasoning coming with heath and hunger system, speedtree 5 at least.

I think that destructable walls was sort of a mandatory feature if you want to have actual siege warfare. What this graphics demo shows is mere eyecandy, a way to drop down tiles that are on top of a solid concrete wall, whereas for Mortal Online you would just leave that concreate wall away from there to actually have game-changing effects. However, what on earth is the purpose of a catapult if you can't hammer down the walls of your opponents castle -- or that of a ballista if you can't set the projectile e.g. on fire and burn down your opponents humble dwelling.
