Thundering Steppes

Question - Is Thundering Steppes "higher level content" than Antonica? Or are there also things to hunt for lower levels?

Thundering Steppes is definitly 20+  I haven't even left Antonica yet and im lvl 17 and when you get back there towards like gnollslayer keep things get real real ugly if you aren't careful.   YES people Gnollslayer keep is still in Antonica, read your maps!! Antonica's map is so huge its broken up into 3 parts *my god the madness* lol

 

If you've not gotten your class yet and your below lvl 9 stay in the City of Qeynos, there's atleast 100 quests there that will help you level with low risk of death.   Its nice there you'll get to know the city for finding bigger quest npc's later. 

If you're over lvl 9 and you have every quest done you can find you have money for not only new gear (omg i saw a lvl 13 warrior who was wearing cloth!! he was a tank wearing paper it was scary i had to tank for him and im a Pred!!) but you have money to buy App2 skills.  Now go into Antonica like a good youngster in the game and just well do quests or XP grind snakes, rats, & mites.   The bigger you get the further out on the map you can go safely.  I have taken tours all over the map regardless of what the areas lvl is but lol I did do some serious sprinting a few times

 

Update on the Steppes!  You can go there at lvl 17+ but do it as a group. Those undead farmers look scary as hell.  I had to go on a ride through there to get to Bridge Keep to deliver a message.  thank god alot of the mobs are non aggro and if you leave the farms alone the undead will most likely leave you alone lol
