ok first off im to hung over to search threw a bunch of threads to find my answers, so i will ask here and hopefully get some answers.

Is the game open world ? and what i mean by this is it one big map with no zones or instances? like Asherons Call or Darkfall.

Is this game open FFA pvp ? is it faction pvp ? is there even pvp ?

is this game quest based on leveling up ? or is it a grinder game ?

is there classes in this game? or can you make your character how ever you want ?

the pvp is mostly what im interested in, im really looking for a ffa pvp game with no restrictions on who i can attack.

    >Is the game open world ? and what i mean by this is it one big map with no zones or instances? like Asherons Call or Darkfall.

Yes, its an open world game, with territorial warfare.

    >Is this game open FFA pvp ? is it faction pvp ? is there even pvp ?

FFA PvP with Factional / Guild warfare. PvP does have consequences and there is player looting with insurance.

    >is this game quest based on leveling up ? or is it a grinder game ?

No real info on this, but there are quests in the game.

    >is there classes in this game? or can you make your character how ever you want ?

No classes, skill based game. However it should be noted that your abilities are based on the equipment and weapons you are wearing.

    >the pvp is mostly what im interested in, im really looking for a ffa pvp game with no restrictions on who i can attack.

The only restriction is that when you attack someone you become criminal (unless your at war with their guild / faction). You are free to attack anyone, but there are repercussions for your actions.

awsome thank you for the info,

so tell me a little about the Faction pvp. is there only 2 factions is there more then that? do u choose when you first start the game or later ?

It'd be better if you read up on it on the website, but basically there are 2 sides, with a lot of sub-factions that lean more toward either side or the criminal element.

You don't have to choose your side at the beginning, and you can change between them. You can even be neutral if you wish so that you can go into either sides cities and bases.

Earthrise is one seemingless world without any instances.

Earthrise is open world FFA PvP with full loot and an insurance-system.
You can conquer territories for your clan/guild, you can do factional PvP, or you can go criminal and simply shoot whoever you want.
    It's 100% up to you.

Earthise will have quests given out by NPCs, but you don't ever need to do a single quest, if you don't like to, it's 100% optional.
There'll be no levels like in WoW, but the strength of every character and mob will be displayed by the battlerating. The battlerating is dependant on your gear and your trained skills.
Skills are beeing trained by spending skillpoints. Skillpoints are gained by killing mobs, completing quests or by crafting. There'll be different skillpoint-pools for crafting and combat-skills tho, so you can#t train up combat-skills by crafting and vice versa.

is there classes in this game? or can you make your character how ever you want ?

No classes. Your character can train every single skill available in the game, and the amount of skills makes it basically impossible to ever max out every skill.
Every skill in the game has 10 ranks and each rank of the skill unlocks abilities.
    There won't be passive skills.

There's basically no restrictions, but there's penalties for killing other players on half of the map, which is occupied and guarded by the NPC-factions. These penalties involve lowering your faction-standings and criminal flagging.

I have a question also. Will there be medics  to add strategy or just a zerg fest of skills.

i really enjoyed the medic type the early part of SWG

    also.

Will this game be PVP only. i read on FAQ on the website there were bosses but i doubt it will be huge raid bosses like some games,,

You can be a medic aswell if you want. Every player can change from a gunner into a medic, simply by changing your equipment and setup, given you've trained the needed skills.

Earthrise is open world FFA PvP. There's no instances in the game. So if you do some quests or kill some mobs (boss-mobs will be there aswell randomly), there's allways the possibility, that another player will come across and kill you.
Killing another player is possible everywhere, but in the three big cities.

will earthrise give u the ability to equip implants on ur character? so u can get faster legs, faster reload time, better base-armour and stuff like that? maybe nightvision implant for ur eyes and stronger arms for better accuracy.

Why would those effects have to be in implants? Seems like an arbitrary question... All such effects will be through equipment and skills.

Don't forget, that you'd have to reinstall implants every time you die.

no problem. that happens in Eve too.

Well there are already implant like items in the game(designs and equipment consumables), however they have to be implanted into equipment.  Also ER is about the equipment you wear and the ability to change it at will, and i don't see bodily implants as being changable at will....altho the way ER is based completely around equipment, it doesnt make sense to me that wepons with ammo should have their damage output, or a  weapons sight that is linked to the computer in your helmet to be passively increased by an implant in your body, through an implant in your body.(why EVE's implants didtn't make sense to me)  However if it's just for looks, no harm no foul.
