It's just phonesex, internet style, marketed specifically at gamers. It's been around since Alexander Grahm Bell invented the phone, and now it's on the internet. Not really news.
I always heard that Bell's first spoken words over the telephone were "Mr. Watson. Come here. I want to see you." Maybe it went more like "So ... Mr. Watson ....what are you wearing?"
