Will gPotato pull this game out of the fire pit?? or has it fell to far to be saved?
we all know gPots released the game a few weeks early to get the fan base on a roll . and it became evident early on that the release was a tad premature , now gPots took the turtle way out , slammed all the doors closed no out going info and the game ran wild. the botters and spammers took over in day 2 and have remand the kings of the game from that point on.
gPots made a public anouncment today that as of now botters/spammers/hacks/and cheats will be banned instantly with no appeal . this is great news but tho 10 hours have past the game has yet to see any change . was the anouncement smoke on the water? maybe.
The game its self is sound tho the fan base is greatly diminished over the past week i would like to say it could recover, but given as little as even one more week of the way its going now .......i wouldnt count on a come back.

Hah, I'll believe this game gets fixed when I see it.
Gave this game a whirl just for kicks, and upon zoning in for the first time, I spent almost two whole minutes of right-click-blocking before the message window quit scrolling. It's not that levelling is all that hard from what I can see so far, but botting is absolutely rampant, world chat seems blantantly open and often unashamed of it, and the combat system makes it dead-simple to do. There are sell-bots standing right in the middle of town-square, their guild-names identifying what gold/pwrlvl website they represent. If gPot isn't even willing to deal with those, the game is going to choke hard.

yep most do that 1take a minute or 2 to refresh your block list in your nation(if you change nation ?yes you got to do it again!coming back yep redo it again!
aside from this!havent seen you so called lower amount of player!
the main issue right now is botter ,i dont diminish the gold seller issue!with a double the list it currrently is
i think the issue would be solved.
but botter !those are annoying little bastard!and i dont talk you regular of the mill botter

so i guess some polishing will be in order!but then its in beta lol!its being betaed to polish it
another issue that surfaced is the alliance thing!it might be too early yet but it look like an unfair advantage compared to other nation1we ll have to see!
me so far i have fun (32)but its true im still to low to go brawl against the high lvl
F2P mmos are never finished there is no end product at no point in time will they say yep this is it we are done . thats why they never leave to OB stage . what you see now is the game the parts that are open are done .
ive now lvled 3 toons to lvl 40 with the hope gPots would fix the botters , those hopes are dashed now instead they have set a rule that faulse reports of botters is a ban , so if a persons botting now and you report if 6 days from now they check the account and the person is on line and responds the reporter is banned. there are no ingame police spammers and botts are taken care of by player reports , how many players will still send reports when theres a chance the botter will no longer be botting when there checks , and instead of the bot being banned the ban will be given to the reporter.
past lvl 40 in the 2 nations i play there is no way to lvl or quest every monster spawn is covered with botters and every day theres more bots hitting lvl 50 and being moved to the 40+ map to farm items . the bot flood is so compleat at this lvl range you can walk threw agro areas and never get hit .
if theres no fix in the patch tonite imma just have to call game . the state of things as they sit now are just sad .
ya the fix gpotato released penalise the plaintif more then the botter who in their right mind will report botter
none since it means ipban so in the end there will be more botter then there were
botter must have been happy when they saw gpotato statement.i bet they released 20 more bot the same hour the news got out
Eidently the spammers are gone. Either they need to be lvl 10 or a member of a nation. logged in today And cleared my block list and no spamm. The same cant be said about the botters. Yesterday I had a heck of a time getting the Thar cobras I needed coause of the botters and thats in the desert. The botting is out of hand and I am hearing it gets tougher in the 40s. G pot needs to do something after all this is a free to play and I dont think the botters will be spending much money in the cash shop.
spammers will be back soon beings the same ones spamming are the ones botting gold they will just add a spammer to there bot party today have them lvl 10 and spamming again tonite .
all 3 of my toons are now lvl 40 . and there is no advancing past lvl 40 . there are 8-10 bots at ever spawn site , i just logged in to bo a old lvl 38 quest "kill 12 white wolf magi" 12 kills threw the bots took me 1 hour and 27 mins. even know ive out lvled the monsters and kill them in 2 attacks.
sorry but the games hit a point i have to call game over for myself , i truely hope some of you can still find fun in this game. take care and play on

Yeah the botters are an annoyance, but depending on what class and how powerful you are, you can just tag mobs so you have about 6-7 of them on you, and then kill them off however you choose. Do this enough times around a bot and the bot owner comes to complain and thats when you get lovely SS of his chat log saying "Stop killing my bots mobs or I kill you!". Send in to support or GM and never see that guy again for awhile.
Thats how I deal with botters, much easier to do if you have ranged class rather than a melee. PvP botters I haven't ran into, but I'm sure the higher up guilds would love to farm them off too.
mm!most botter i have seen have a siamese twin good luck trying to get rid of them some are cleric other gunner
but they all share one thing if you go on pvp channel its being botted to death to farm rep!
you can not out kill mobs from a bot when said bots have 0 cool down time hacks on there AOE skills so instead of mass damage every 90 sec. they can spam it every 2
on the bright side Aika GMs have takein to in game policeing they are now personaly entering the game daily on normal accounts so as not to be noticed and banning the IPs of those found to be botting. so durring peek active hours you wont find bots flooding the areas any more . and with luck in a few weeks you wont find bots at all.
i know F2P mmos IP block alown isnt nuff but with the inability to make a new account with proxy on it may just work
That's one of the problems with F2P games - even if the botter doesn't spend anything in a cash shop, he makes a large amount of gold, which he then uses to buy cash shop items from other players. Which encourages people to buy cash shop items so they can sell them for gold. Which doesn't give the company very much incentive to crack down on the botting.

no they tweaked that in this game already your gold doent drop from monsters its given as end rewards from the quests in large sums and as dropped the gear and items sell for nothing all dropped items are broken when found and have to be taken to be repaired befor used or sold for mare than 1% there worth
no gaining gold wize a player in 3 hours will gain more than a bot in a full 24 . its the bots themselfs that are being sold off new game shine these botters know they can turn a capped bot toon for 20 bucks ez and there multi clienting to run 6 bot accounts at a time 2 days to cap a toon there lookin at 120 bucks every 2 days in there pockets . and in some places thats cheese...
i think your right cause i waited a while beside a boss thinking the dude would be done but he was farming
suddenly a pker killed his ass took my kill then left didnt see that botter again (probably changed char just to show he wasnt botting lol!
