You mean slow as in no other players? Yeah it is pretty much a ghost town these days. If you mean no enemies as in no mobs to hunt, never had trouble finding stuff to kill.

Both a bit. XD
When I watch the gameplay videos I see a lot more walking than fighting..
Well, this might not be your style but you could always look into the Phantasy Star series for the PC/Xbox 360. They are hack and slash, you can jump online and play with other players etc but it's more limiting than a full fledged mmorpg. However, the Phantasy Star Online series can be a lot of fun when you play with other people. Just an idea.
Also tried DnD out, but the downloader dislikes me =| (as usual).
About those 'bloody' filter.. I'm more talking about THE blood. If there is just odd red particle thingy's spawning at the enemy, I maybe can live with it, but if I see realastic blood, relastic dead people everywhere, I dislike the game certainly.

found all MMOs Ive tried to be slow at the start, takes awhile before getting skills and stats to speed it up
With 'slow' I mean that there are less enemy's in seight.
At the moment I enjoy GhostX if the servers work with me. There I can see enemies everywhere (though the gfx sucks).

Lunia
Dragonica Online
Rakion
Hero: 108 Online
Did Lunia and Deagonica already, Rakion contains blood. (Maybe any way to turn it off?)
Downloaded and installed Hero 108, it keeps disconnecting after selecting a server >_<.
Contains blood? LOL!!! WTF are you 5 years old? You want to kill stuff but your afriad of the blood? Wow, grow up.

I'm officially on the band wagon for battle of the immortals. I think people looking for hack n' slash should at least give it a look.
Lost Saga
Plan B http://www.planbaction.com but the test just finished, so can't play right now.
Plan B looks great.
