Okay this is new..can anyone answer?

in Everquest II
I'll admit it's been awhile since I played, but I dedided to hop back on with my old Ranger today, I was tooling by the Light House near Qeynos and I noticed this Big ass keep on an island offshore...I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before, can anyone tell me what it is, and why is there no way to get there?
This sword here at my side dont act the way it should
Keeps calling me its master, but I feel like its slave
Hauling me faster and faster to an early, early grave
And it howls! it howls like hell!

Thats a guild hall for guilds level 70 or 80, can't remember which. It's basically a guild city, actually...Right click the bell on the dock for the guild hall and go visit one sometime, theyre impressive.
I have a similar question....
There is the same in FP, i'm assuming also a guild hall area but...................
The tower in FP is also fallen down and there is smoking wreckage in the plaza below.
Is Lucan O.K. and still in charge? What happened to his tower?
That tower in the newest expansion. Lucan D'Lere has disappeared, and his tower is in ruins after an explosion, no one knows why.
