So I finally downloaded the beta trial and played the game. SHOCKER: the game needs tons of work. <----sarcasm btw. First login, failed, just kept loading. Second login, same thing...Third login...triumph! Intro area was fine. I could move fine. What's up with the running though? Will it get better or will it be fixed? You can only run for 3 seconds. Couldn't find anyone around...couldn't figure out how to draw my weapon after it was equipped. Logoffed. Logged back on this morning...my character is gone, no idea what happened. Decided to make a new toon, after I was finished I couldn't play the game. Yes...take as long as you need MO. Give it another year, i don't care...i have plenty of games to play...

    I agree that the game needs more work but come on? Did you even read the in game help? You press X to draw your weapon... Did you expect to watch the game while it plays itself for you? Also, while I do agree that it is a kind of silly design choice, the reason you can only sprint for three meters is that your stats are too low. If you level your stamina you will be able to run a lot further. What's the point of this thread? To flame a game that you know nothing about? Your complaints are as silly as if I would walk into a store, grab what I want and try to walk out of there without paying. "What do you mean I have to pay?! There was nobody following me around holding my hand and telling me what I have to do!".

     #1: I am not a flamer. Note that I said take a year if you need to, I am down. I want this game to succeed.

    #2: I pressed X and nothing happened. Just like I tried to log into the game and nothing happened, just like my character was deleted for no reason.

    #3: Re-read what I said. I am no troll. I WANT this game to succeed. I play DF and love it, I want this game to succeed to. So all you have done is tell people I am a troll and that I am complaining. No not really...Were you just bored, or drunk, today?
