Do your mmo developers listen to you? Should they?

    Class QQing is not good examples because it is always one class against another.

    WOW is GREAT listening to the players.

    Look at the dungeon finder tool .. how many people have asked for it?

    Look at the questhelp functions .. that is what people want and they don't have to use an addon.

    Look at raid difficulty .. now fewer complains raids are reserved for the hardcore 2% of the players.

    Judging by this forum and many other gaming forums, I hope they don't listen to the playerbase that much.  People in general really don't know what they want, and they always want their nemesis classes nerfed.  Developers should always listen but they should do what's right for the game, based on their experience.

    They should never listen.

    They should check activity data on servers and balance and change a game that way. They need to avoid Forums at all costs.

    Seriously if they listened to someone like me my favorite mmo would have like 10 players left playing.

    Yes, it's true todays mmo gamers have no idea what they want.
