learn for drake BC and make lvl 4 missions by yourself, this will make you much more money than every single offer in this forum
salvage after your missions with this ship
40 mils for drake + fittings
50 mils for noctus
30 mils for implants for fast learning
Dont enter corporation that want from you to split the salvage with them. dont loot cans that are not yours but you can aways salvage them. ( they make profit from newbies ) ( i do somethimes missions, and aways invite someone to salvage the loot for free after me - i dont need it - to lazy to salvage )

Well, I'd suggest people start with a BC (yes Drake is easiest for missioning beginners, but far from the only decent option) and level IIIs, and save level IVs with a BC for when they've at least got all T2 modules. I agree level IVs are totaly doable in a BC, but I wouldn't recommend it starting out :-)
Oh, and I've always salvaged after missions with a Catalyst (Gallente destroyer - best mix of speed and space when outfitted for salvaging) so I couldn't agree more about the value of salvaging any level mission for profit. You'd be mad not to IMO.
