Continents of the Ninth - Anyone heard of it? - and other Korean MMO's....

So I was checking through some Korean games, and this one caught my eye. Some of the gameplay videos on it look great. Is this an MMO?
And while we are on the subject of Korean MMO's, why is it that some companies of Korean MMO's don't advertise very well? With the exception of Aion, there are plenty of games that I saw that are in development in Korea that simply look great, but I never hear of them through the media. A good example of this is Tera. I never heard about this game until I spent a bunch of time just looking through this website. And the general populace is not even aware of Blade and Soul, though it is a product of NCSoft. Is there a method to their madness or just bad business practices in North America?

Because most of those korean games never make it to the west and the ones you listed arent even released yet.
Well, though you are right about the games not being released yet, I don't think Tera will be publicized to the extent of Aion. And Continents of the Ninth is out - I think. I can't read Korean. :P But it looks great, but I don't think that particular company has no intention of releasing it in NA.
I'll give you Blade and Soul. NCSoft will not be dumb enough to remain silent when they are about to release the game....I hope.
