scroll of resurrection problem

a friend tried giving me the scroll of resurrection thing but he says a message comes up "Sorry, that character isn't eligible to be resurrected (possibly this account hasn't been inactive for 90 days or more)."
but my last login was this

thats over 200 days or am I missing something?

Same exact thing happened to me. I have no clue why but seems like certain people, while over the 90 days, still cannot be ressurected. 3 different friends couldn't do it all of which havn't played in over two years.
