Can hunters tame sharks?

in World of Warcraft

I havent heard of anyone trying and I couldnt even get close because they always traveled in packs!! 

It freaked me out the first time I saw one and then....... I was dead!  LOL

Too difficult?  Has anyone tried?  I think it would be cool at least to have one for watter battles!

    I doubt you could, since it would be hard for them to travel on land lol. It would be pretty cool to see a shark just flopping down the road though. Maybe you should try it if your a high level hunter later in retail

    No, unless something changes, it can not be done.  I've tried and recived the "Invalid Target" error.

    What level were you?

    And did anyone see any Naga during gameplay?  I am interested to know if you can tame them.

    Naga arn't "beasts" so they can not be tamed.

    it's weird.. i can't tame a bassilisk... and it says that a bassilisk is a beast? so i don't know whats going on.. it could be nice with a though :)

    Have you seen any during gameplay?  Do they have an allegiance to the Horde?  Are they underwater always and if so, how do u get to them if we have a set amount of breath?  I know I have a lot of questions but I am VERY into the Naga!  Wish they would make them a playable race!!

    Actually Ive seen a funny bug, some mage managed to drag a Southshore guard with him while porting back to Ironforge, the guard kept following him =P

    You can't tame seaanimals (sharks, Fish, and so on),but you can tame those crockalissk (sixlegged crocks .::::07::) but Im not sure about the bassliask never tryed the seem to fit more in the Fish type of beast myb thats why you can't tame them . You can tame turtles (they have 75 frost resist)
    AS for Naga they are considered humanoids. some Naga(mid lvl 30's) can be found in south east of Southsore and north west of BootyBay. I forgot there lvls for those.
    Also i think you can't some pets. Even they are with in you tame lvl its just say invalide target.

    All MMO's have grinds. If you don't like to Grind then MMO's are not for you.
