it's impossible to tell. they very well could be all elementalists which is the only confirmed class so far. but the 4th one from left, the guy in the back, looks like he could be a ranger, gear looks like ranger gear.
Past: Can never go back to Wow. Present: Nothing interesting out. Future: Looking forward to GW2.
Far left and far right are clearly Elementalists, middle has what I think is a general Elementalist jewel headpeice (the leaf on her head). The one in the back looks like it has female Elementalist gear from the first Guild Wars on, so unless things have changed drastically, I'm pretty sure they are all Elementalists, especially since NCSoft has been pretty careful about releasing things early. But then again, anything is possible.
I'd say Mesmer, Assassin, Elementalist, Ranger, Necro, Monk. It's just a screenshot spotlighting the Sylvari though, so it's anyone's guess.

Oh god, really not digging the anime look, was the first game like that?
Not really anime style. This is more inspired by Froud-type fairies, which works fine for the Sylvari.

its hard to tell professions from their armor as armors are not restricted to one profession as far as we know, scholar profs wear light armor, adventurer profs wear medium, and soldier profs wear heavy. the one you labelled an elementalist (right part) is Caite, the hero NPC in the trailers, and she's an assassin-dual-wielding-type
This is an image from the Guild Wars 2 professions page. I think they are going to reveal each class and they will be made clear like the elementalist is now. Maybe we can decipher something from this. The guy behind the elementalist, with the big axe, looks like a warrior.

If you look closely in that picture there are 7 more shadows beside the ele so it would be a good assumption that those shadows will be revealed as other classes get revealed.
I would say the big one behind the ele is norn while the the big one to the left is Charr
The Mesmer was the defining point of GW to me. From all of the artwork that I've seen (I know that isn't a real indicator, just a hunch) I think the Mesmer or some variation of the Mesmer will be in the game.
We already know there is going to be an Ele and War; leaving 4 more classes similar to GW1 and 2 new for GW2. Also we know the classes are broken down by armor type: 3/3/2
So therefore we know the following:
Light: Ele-(GW1), ?, ?
Medium: ?, ?, ?
Heavy: War-(GW1), ?
My guess is that with the introduction of Pistols & Asura tech we might see a new range class called Engineer (ala WAR) to combined with a Ranger/Hunter class. Also i wouldnt be suprised if the Necro and Mes were combined into a Wich Doctor (ala Diablo 3). So that would change the breakdown into:
Light: Ele-(GW1), Witch Doctor-(GW1), ?
Medium: Hunter-(GW1), Engineer-(GW2), ?
Heavy: War-(GW1), ?
This would leave 3 classes left, 2 from GW1 & another new to GW2, one of each armor type. With this setup we currently have 2 casters, 2 range classes and 1 melee. I would suspect that there would be 3 melee, 3 casters and 2 range classes overall. From GW1 the classes left are Rit, Derv, Par, Monk & Assasin. From these, i would not be surprised if the Assasin is the final medium armor class, a protection type monk as the final caster class and a legionaire as the final heavy armor class. The legionaire may have some elements from the Paragon like shouts but be a melee rather than ranged class.
The Mesmer was the defining point of GW to me. From all of the artwork that I've seen (I know that isn't a real indicator, just a hunch) I think the Mesmer or some variation of the Mesmer will be in the game.
Likewise...when I think of Guild Wars the first thing that pops into mind is the Mesmer. I loved their whole theatrical aspect.
And, judging by the image posted above, it looks like the Mesmer will indeed be retained! Stoked

So, its obvious the first (left to right) is an elementalist. But what are the others? I wanna hear your guesses
All Elementalists? I believe that's been confirmed actually.

Oh I didn't see that guy's arm. You're right, that does look like a ranger glove.
*EDIT* Or maybe Assassin.
Second to left looks like a Necro to me. From the black and the skull on the shoulder.
I'd say Mesmer, Assassin, Elementalist, Ranger, Necro, Monk. It's just a screenshot spotlighting the Sylvari though, so it's anyone's guess.

Its not anime look. Its just this race.

Lmfao, it's the Sylvari race that looks like that...not the entire game.
Lol totally agreed whit Lydon ,tho the game gonna be awesome cant wait for beta test ^^

I doubt they will stray far from GW original classes. Did they say they are going to make new professions?

They mentioned that at least 2 of them will be new, but they also said that the other 6 may not be exactly the same as 6 of GW1 proffs
They said 6 of them will be similar to the classes in Guild Wars and 2 of them will be brand new.
As long as we get the Mesmer it's all good.

same art style of the current GW2 elementalist wallpaper
these might be the next wallpapers, and thus classes, to be revealed:

The middle one, in the purple, definitely is Mesmerish looking.
