Haha Sweet! Finally a really cool post! First off, Thank you pyrofreak for writing such a cool post, and Yes, I'll gladly comment!
Lets see, as soon as the Open beta ended, It hadnt really hit me yet. I kind of wandered around the house in a state of monotone 'ah' ness and had no reason to actually visit my computer. Therefore I had no reason to go into my room. With that, I watched the tele box like a zombie, ate food and drank pop.
Finally I was given word that Half-Life 2 had hit shelves. I decided to go and check it out, and had no real intention of actually purchasing the item. Oddly enough, after leaving the local Gamestop in the mall, and entering the parking lot, I noticed a bag in my hands and discovered its volume to contain Half-Life 2. I wasnt aware of the fact that I bought it, was the additiveness of gaming ( WoW ) gotten to me so bad that my primitive gaming mind was taking over? Possibly. After playing Half-Life 2 for an accumulated 15-20 hours over 3 days, I finally beat it.
Now I sit here writing about being addicted to World of Warcraft. Although most of my post has been about Half-Life 2...
The Open Beta did give me enough time to finally figure out what Class/Race and Skillz I was going to have when the game got going. So now that I have that all planned out, I just have to wait. It seems that luck may be working on my side these next few weeks.
As we all know, the game comes out the 23rd, Tuesday, and the excitement is ever building. I was a little discouraged when I heard the local Gamestop nerd tell me that more copies of EQ2 were sold than WoW has been preordered, but I must be patient! Anyway, So.. Tomorrow is Sunday, I go to work, All day long... Get home, Monday rolls around... Class is at 5:30-Microcomputer applications, and than get home... Intermediate Algebra.. which I will not attend because I will be waiting ever vigilantly for my collectors Edition copy of World of Warcraft! and am currently debating on skipping class Tuesday night ( computer hardware maintanance ) to get my characters started. Wednesday thru Friday is Thanksgiving break, and than one more week of college and Christmas Break.. ohhhh hell yeah! I will be devoting most of my life.... thats roughly 80% to the game. The other 20% will be eating, sleeping, and bathing... ehhh bathing can take a raincheck I suppose...Anyway, So yeah, the time is ever approaching.... I think I will attend my tuesday night class... I'll feel kind of bad If I dont... I dont know how well Im doing in that class either, so, yeah better go!

I haven't really been doing that much I just want to make sure I get friends on the same server etc.
Still deciding what I want to play as well...
I love being a priest..... but kinda want to try a rogue... Hmm I guess from now to tuesdy ill be figuring out what to play lol.

Well I have suffered serious withdrawal this weekend. First off my girlfriend works 12hr nights and this was her weekend to work. Earlier in the week before they made announcement to end beta on thursday I was hoping i would be occupied with WOW while my sweetie was at work but that didn't happen

Good thing is both of us are looking forward to it coming out. This is her first ever mmorpg and I never could get her into playing EQ, which I am glad now, so can't wait till tuesday so I can lag with all of you!!! But at least it will be more fun than trolling the boards LOL.
I truly hope you guys aren't serious. Yeah it's cool, but it's a game. If your life revolves around a game you're seriously wasting your time.
Well i played WoW 2nd stress test and open beta, while downloading the client i had that HURRY UP AND DOWNLOAD YOU PILE OF CRAP! kinda feeling. But now that open beta is done i'm not to excited about WoW anymore. Why? Beats the hell outa me. Maybe somewhere in the back of my head i think it wasn't what i thought it would be, maybe i'm crossing to the darkside (EQ2/SOE), or maybe it's my current addiction to Halo 2. /shrug who knows. So i'm not gonna pick it up for a month or so, let launch probs and servers equall out b4 playing, but in the meantime i will b woopin some @$$ in halo 2. Have fun in WoW guys, and kill some of them horde guys for me

Let's see here, I sit and troll WoW forums, snapping at everyone. I do google searches on WoW sites and go look at screenies, which I then right-click+hold and try to look around in, LMAO. I swear, I've done this like 5 times already. uhmm... What else, I dream about WoW, sadly enough. Stuff like that, you know.

We here in Europe will be chewing our hands off waiting for it to go to Open Beta. And then live. The most optimistic of us are hoping for it to go live during christmas. But the rest of us sadly thinks that january/february will be the target months.

I dont think I have ever had this type of feeling for a game before in my life... Well maybe when I went to the field when I was in the Service and could not play Diablo 2.... But hell that was never this bad, now I see what crackheads go through when they try to come down.....I even stoped talking to 2 Chics cause they kept ringing my damn phone and wanting to CHAT when I was playing in the ST.....F it im like WOW > Women right now, for real...... LOL I never thought anything could make me do that... But the sad truth is with work and WOW where can I fit them in... maybe you can but not me for now atleast untill this craze wears off. Hell I dont even have the time to go to the gym or train any more either...Im probably going to pick up a few pounds like I did when I was hooked on AO.. But F it I was at peace and having a blast back then.
Anyways WOW has got me hooked bad, to be honest im really thinking hard on how I can get out of Thanksgiving day with the family and friends.... Seriously, now thats sad. But nothing could make me happier right now then logging back into WOW....
P.S for those of you that will say whats up with a dude having a forum handle of Tinybina.... Well I originally made this acct for my sis, but she does not use it so I do.. And im to lazy to start over with a new one... Plus I like my pretty stars....

I've fixed up and upgraded my pc. Basically went from ATA to SAT and from 512mb to 1gb of ram...

I downloaded an NES emulator. I've been playing Final Fantasy I for a while now. Tetris has been keeping my attention too. I have every game made for NES on my computer now; damn do so of them bring back memories...
