Our buddy Erling has given The Angry Guild Leader the green light to release information and screenshots on Rise of the Godslayer. While we don't want to show you everything and ruin the expansion, we will be posting some galleries here and there. We want to take this opportunity in thanking Funcom for really standing behind a site that is run by players for players. Though we will post some screenshots every couple of days, most will be included in my noob diary.
Enjoy!

This one is great You should get the descriptions in there too !
Well I don't want to give away too much and there are a million buttons. While we've been cleared for all of this, I still don't think Funcom wants us to give away everything.
Few more screens at http://www.angryguildleader.com/godslayer-noob-diary-1/
Awesome shots chaos. Thanks for sharing these. Man I can't wait to check out Khitai.
AA system just like EQ2? to be honest i was expecting something original. But other then that it looks awesome but AA system really?
AA just stands for Alternate Advancement and is in many MMO's. FFXI had it with merits, EQ2 had it, others had it, and now AoC is adding it. Many MMO's add it as a way to advance character outside of levels, and when the level cap isn't raised it makes sense. AA is a very broad term.
Actually the only reason me and my friends are even back into AoC and have bought the expansion is because of the AA system.
I like the fact that no new levels are being added as I am sure many do. To me the generic form of expansions is to add levels to give the appearance of content. But I am an old DAoC player also and in that game unless I am mistaken the level cap is still 50 after all these years and numerous expansions.
On topic the screenies look great, thanks for sharing em.
I'm not going to discuss the AA system, but I will tell you that it is different than other games that you are used to (in some ways for me this is good, and in some bad).
I can say that after playing RotGS I am going back to AoC. And for someone who can pretty much play any game he wants, that's saying something. Well, I guess anyone can play any game they want, but you get the picture.
