It had been about a year so I decided to reactivate my account.  Then I got slapped in the face with the main reason why I have quit this game so many times before.  Their customer support is basically non existent.   Three days after I updated my subscription I still cannot log in the game. "Account Frozen" hits me in the face, even though my account status is open and playable.  The CC transaction has cleared my bank.  Where is funcom in all of this?  My ticket has not been touched in the past 2 days.  

I guess you can improve game stability, put out a new xpac, but when it comes to supporting your paying customers, funcom falls short.

    I dont know why you dont get answered, but I just resubbed and had some issues and filed three petitions and mailed to support with one of them, all of them has been answered within one day! Both in mail and a gm ingame

     

    But I hope it gets resolved soon for you, have you mailed to support also?

    Oh might say that I'm playing on EU servers.

    I had some trouble myself and after 3 days ended up getting it resolved with the Live chat feature in a matter of minutes.

    I agree their email CS needs some help. Maybe they need to wake the 1 guy up they have doing part time customer support by email.

    You would think that a game that needs more players would be johnny on the spot with account activation issues, One would think......
