Lost soul

I got this very simple question, yet a bt of a problem to me.

The thing is I was killing stuff near that meteorite lake in Antonica, and game crashed when I was actually running near or towards the lake. When I logged back in it says: You're dead. So I pressed the button to revive and I appeared not very far from there, across the corn fields. But I didnt have that glowing waypoint to my missing spirit, nor I couldnt find it by myself anywhere near the lake...

Any ideas how to get my spirit back or it's just a bug and I should report it?
