Need Advice on getting a (cheap) gaming PC

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on a cheap gaming PC. Either a pre-made one, or one that I can put together. Either is fine.

 

I'd like it to be able to play LOTRO on it's highest quality. Don't worry about a monitor or anything. I just want the cheapest possible. Please include where you found the computer (or parts) and a price....
