new chars with expansion question

in Age of Conan: Unchained

any chance to pass the ultra boring (at least for me) tortage crap with the expansion now ?

is there new content for lvl 20-60 chars with the new expansion, i mean playfields, dungeons and stuff not mounts, gear or other fluff?

    You can't skip tortage and there is new region added for 20-40. Don't know when you last played but for 50-60 ymirs pass was added and for 70-80 not so long ago Tarantia Commons.

    There is a new Region (Kithai) Wich have Zone and Content for player of Level 20-40 and you come back later at 80s.

    The new Lv 20 Area is supose to be well developed. Talking about Zone Layout and Visual.

    Less runing into Bottleneck area, More easy to travel and the quest are suppose to be Very good too (As I Heard it is some never seen from AoC releasse, Very good improvment)

    Tho I don'T know if there is a way of completly skiping Tortage (I hate Tortage too). If you have started as the new Kithai race you should be getting a brand new  Night Quest Time-line that is exclusive to Kithai.   (So you should be able to get by tortage with the main quest line, so you do less side-quest that send you runing around everywhere)

     

    I hope this help you out, I have'nt tryed Kithai for myself but am very impatient to do so.

    ok at least some new 20-40 stuff.

    i know ymirs pass but i was not excited about it.

    not sure if i can endure the pain of tortage once again

    maybe i will buy the expansion and try to go trough with the help of a bottle whiskey :)

    Just to get honest here -

    Ymirs pass barley has enough content for 5 levels (I know this for fact I have 2 level 80's)

    the 20-40 zone will most likely get you to 36-38, and even with the x pack, there will still be times you have to grind the same repeatable quests to hit 70......

    Now it seems there will finally be enough content for someone to go from 70-80 without repeating quests or grinding villas...

    and just so you know tarantia commons barely has 70-80 content....it will maybe get you 3-4 levels and you will be ganked a lot
