Who are we:The Army Of Light is a new clan that has been reformed to reveal and reflect the Light. We have showed The Army Of Light through many other famous Starwars games like; Starwars: Empire At War and Starwars: Forces Of Corruption. We now come together for the newest Starwars game- Starwars: The Old Republic, which is currently being developed and created by BioWare and LucasArts. The Old Republic, is planned to be one of the best and most glorious Starwars game that has ever been created by BioWare and LucasArts together.
The Army Of Light was a clan made for almost all Star Wars games ever made. The Army Of Light is now working to make this clan for Starwars: The Old Republic, which is being made by BioWare and LucasArts, and become a strong and united clan. Once again we are a republic clan, which means we will have republic ranks, classes, and specializations. One of our main goals is to create a fun place for our members.

Our Plans: As a Republic guild, we plan to prevent and remove the sith. We will do anything we can to support the republic and keep it from going up in flames. Our main goal in the SWTOR community is to become the fastest growing guild. We also want to create a fun and entertaining environment for those of the Republic, and to be in a time of peace and serenity. Ranking System: The Army Of Light provides a simple and extensive ranking system. This is to loose up any tension and stress in ranking up. Each new member will go through a stage of being a Trial Member. Through this time, these trial members will be slightly tested, and must accomplish a certain set of goals constructed by the Trial System (TS). The Trial System states a few goals that the Trial Member must complete, to become a real and full member of the Army of Light. This is to show how dedicated and willing this new member is to the guild. Leaders of the guild will state what the Initiate or Trial Member has to do when he/she joins.
Ranks: At The Army Of Light, we provide ranks for our members. These ranks show who is an authority. Higher ranks have showed their alliance, dedication, and willingness to the guild, through a longer period of time. We reward those who do well, and have earned their rank in the guild. With each higher rank comes a higher and greater responsibility and must retain maturity. Our higher ranksman, show authority, so that we can keep more peace and tranquility in the guild. Policies: At The Army Of light, we have a few policies that must be followed. These policies contain General Requirements, Membership, Activity Policy, Chat Policy, and Forum Policy.
General Requirements: Members are to be of the highest personal character. A deepdedication to continuous learning, integrity, maturity, humility, and loyalty is mandatory for membership. The Army of Light wishes to have only the finest gentlemen and ladies who embody respect and a sincere willingness to roleplay as forthright and upstanding defenders of the Republic. We believe hard work, contributions to the guild and the greater good, selflessness, and activity should be rewarded. We strive to eliminate injustices, evil, the Dark Side, and threats to our peace, security, and virtues.
Membership: During your membership, we expect things that you should follow, as a member of The Army Of Light. Our expectations obtain:
Maturity-We want our members to be mature and respectful to all members.
Fun-Just because we have rules, doesn't mean you can't have fun. Actually we encourage you to have fun. We want our members to show that they are having fun and be entertained.
Follow Orders-We also want our members to obey and follow orders constructed by higher authorities. When you join, we will inform you more of this, and who your main authorities are.
Flexibility-We want our members to realize that they must start off low, and earn their ranks and working hard for them. We don't want members who immediately join, and then receive a promotion after that. We also want our members to take and accept their ranks. We will give you what we feel is necessary. If we feel we will promote you, we will do so, but please do not ask for a promotion, especially after you have just received one.
Chat Policy: Our chat has an easy-to-follow chat policy to keep the chat fun, entertaining, and troubleless. Please refrain from profanity usage at all times, whether it is directed at someone specifically, or whether it is directed towards something in general. Please keep all racist or sexist comments to yourself. This is extremely offensive, and will not be tolerated. If this is seen our moderators and owners will take action against this. If an owner or moderator asks you to change subjects, please do so. This is to redirect you or others away from tension or stress upon others. Also, please keep away from RPing in the main chat. We have an RP chat, so please use that to RP. Guests are invited to the RP chat, but must be invited or permitted by our owners or moderators. To keep a fun and entertaining chat, we ask that you please follow all the rules stated above. If you do not follow the rules, you will be kicked as a simple warning to stop. If you still continue, you will be banned for 1-2 hours. If you come back, and still continue these infractions, you will be banned until further notice.
Forum Policy: Our forum policy is similar to the chat policy stated above. Please do not include racism, sexism, profanity, or any insults in a category, forum, thread, or post. If this is seen, the post will be deleted along with a warning. If you continue, then you will lose your forum account. If you make another account, and STILL continue the violations, your membership at the guild will be pending and the decision if you stay, is upon the High Council, depending on the violation.

Council: The Army Of Light has 2 councils. The War Council and the High Council. The High Council is made up of the specially picked Jedi. The High Council is very active, and we have quite a few council meetings. We try to make one meeting each week, to talk about the guild as a whole. We talk about any new things we can improve on the site, and for our members. Our other council, the War Council, is made up of some of the same specially picked members that are in the High Council and any other accepted members. The War Council is a small group of members that will think of battle and strategic plans for battles and wars in SW:TOR. The War Council will start its meetings when the game starts to release.

Alliances and External Communication: The Army of Light does allow certain allies to join alongside. We would like to have guilds that follow being mature and capable of also just being fun. Any alliance arrangements that would like to be made, would have to fill a form in our forums under ''Alliance Proposal''. Once then, our ambassador, Master Caliber Mispir, will arrange a meeting and exchange the terms of the alliance agreement.

Game Branches: In The Army Of Light, we have multiple games that we play as a whole guild. The whole purpose for these games, are to create a fun and competative environment, for our members to play against, or with each other.
1. Starwars: Empire at War / Starwars: Forces Of Corruption-These 2 games are intense battling games. Our members enjoy it, and put up quite a fight.
2. Starwars: Jedi Knight lll: Jedi Academy-This is a fun and pretty well played game. We sometimes play this game, as it can be rather addicting at first. This is a self-player game, where you are your own character, and you run around a certain perimeter, defeating others.
3. Starwars: Galaxies-This is a very similar MMORPG like Starwars: The Old Republic. We use this game to rally other members and to help defeat the sith, and to prepare to fight on Starwars: The Old Republic. This game has many more other classes than SW:TOR. Even though we don't really play this game often, we leave it a possible game for our members to play. Starwars: Galaxies, has similar, yet different classes: Smuggler, Dancer/Entertainer, Trooper, Jedi, Medic, and a few more!

For those of you out there hesitant to join a guild. Look no more because The Army of Light succeeds in both professionalism and friendliness.

The issue is quite simple, The Army of Light is much more friendly, active, dedicated, and best of all, they're open to a wide variety of people who not only have a varying degree of talent, but also desire and dedication to become the best.
This is the team to join, this is the guild to join, but deep down inside I am proud of Master Kavasta and everyone else who put together this guild. With hard work you guys have turned a small guild with a few members into basically one of the largest super communities on this website.
