I found a korean game called Apex which is published by NEXON, here is the coverage about APEX Online

Team Fortress 2 clone?
Not really. From the looks of it it looks very similar to Battlefield Heroes, except it's not published by EA so you can expect a slightly better service. Then again, CBT in Korea isn't even out yet so we'll see.
There is a Team Fortress 2 clone in Korea I believe called "H.A.V.E", you can look it up, it's pretty obvious clone with an anime re-skin.
