Any good prelaunch clans?

Title says it all! :P

I try my best, when I see a new online game I'm going to be getting into, to get into the social network so to speak :P. Since I just discovered the game not too long ago I haven't had a chance to do this yet. So, I was wondering if there are some good pre-launch clans being started up? I haven't decided on enforcer or criminal yet, I like to see how organized both sides seem first before I make a final decision. But anyway, if anyone has any suggestions on where to go looking for some good groups to look into would be I'm all ears .
